Family Winemakers of California, as do many statewide associations, utilizes a lobbying firm to advance its public policy positions. Political Solutions, Inc. was hired in January 2005 to give a new look to FWC’s presence in the State Capitol. PS is a four-lobbyist firm and Stacy Dwelley is the principal advocate in charge of Family Winemakers of California.
