DBA Blair Estate is the jewel of the Arroyo Seco AVA producing Burgundian Wines focusing on single vineyard Pinot Noir, Rose of Pinot Noir,Pinot Gris and Chardonnay from Estate grown and purchased grapes from the cool end of the AVA. Additionally we produce Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec from the Templeton Gap AVA of Paso Robles. We produce our wines from only the best fruit using the best New French Oak Barrels available. 5 generations of our family call this special place theirs'. Delfina's Vineyard, our Estate Vineyard, is named after our Grandmother and is a very special place.
