    Join us for the Annual Membership Meeting on January 28 from 2:00-4:00pm. This year we will hear from two presenters on tackling compliance and winery permit regulations. Our speakers include: 

    ABC Rulemaking on Trusts
    John Hinman, Hinman & Carmichael LLP 
    John will provide a high-level overview on the new Rule 35 which is broad and impacts many current licensees held in trusts. 

    Winery Regulations 101 - Do I need this permit?
    Susanne Zechiel, VP Environmental Regulatory Compliance at Jackson Family Wines
    Susanne will present on water, air, hazardous materials, and waste permitting that may apply to your winery production facilities.
